Payments:

Payments are posted through Intuit Payment Services. Instructions will be in the comment to buyer section of the invoice.

Shipping:

Virtual Corp will ship 24-48 hours after payment is processed and cleared. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item is shipped. Please allow 72 hours after payment is processed and cleared for tracking number. If 72 hours have passed and you have not received an email with the tracking number please contact us immediately so we may locate tracking number for you. It can take anywhere from 3-14 business days to receive your product depending on where the product is being shipped. If you need expedited shipping please email us so we can accommodate. If you would like to know approximate time of arrival prior to purchasing, send us an email with exact location where we will be shipping the item and we will give you approximate date.

Return Policy:

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. If you have a return we ask that you email us and you will be provided with an (RA) Return Authorization # so that you may send the item back. That must be included with your product when it is returned. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

All Returns:

Must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to do is email

Mis-shipped products:

For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

Color Errors:

If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning Product For Replacement

1. Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, Virtual Corporate Solutions will be responsible for exchanging your item for a new one. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send an exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.

2. Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee). Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.
